券商買進心頭好．國際訂單增加 應嘉股價有望揚20%

應嘉（ENGKAH，7149，主要板消費）今年股價累計漲幅達26%，在消費股項組合中表現標青，預計在明年將有20%的上揚空間。

該公司年派息回酬介于6至7%，加上公司持續不斷擴展業務版圖，更有助于推高盈利。

應嘉為個人與家居用品和化妝產品供應商，其主要顧客是科斯威（Cosway），隨著該公司成功且積極開拓中國市場，應嘉料將因此受惠。

該公司主要銷售產品包括香水、彩妝、廁所用品、家具用品和皮膚保養品，亦以合約方式，為一些跨國企業和知名品牌代工生產或進行研發工作。

綜觀該公司產品組合，即使國際經濟動盪，應嘉業務性質亦可抵禦外在環境衝擊。

目前，應嘉仍不斷擴展業務版圖，國際市場需求增加，將支撐公司營業額增長，儘管擁有高達7.1%的派息率，但該股股價仍遭低估，上揚空間值得期待。

應嘉今日閉市時平盤收在3.18令吉，交投9800股。

与科士威合作设厂 应嘉进军中国市场

（吉隆坡13日讯）化妆品与个人护理产品领域是一门大生意，可是本地消费者在此类产品的选择上却寥寥无几。

但是，有意在诸如欧舒丹（L'Occitane）和美体小铺（Body Shop）等个人护理产品领域的不断成长趋势中分得一杯羹的本地投资者，或许会对大马交易所缺乏此类股项的投资机会而感到失望。

尽管如此，这些投资者或许可以考虑投资一家低调的槟城公司。应嘉（EngKah，7149，消费品组）是本地其中一家最大的个人护理和家居产品合约生产商。

如今该公司冀望通过其与科士威机构（Cosway Corp）有限公司的联营公司，在中国进行的积极拓展计划中提振本身的盈利表现。

科士威和应嘉分别通过70%和30%的持股权在中国设立一家厂房，以为当地的科士威商店生产个人护理和家居产品。

报道指出，科士威有计划于今年杪在中国开设超过一千家商店，但这还未受到证实。

应嘉创办人兼董事经理尤应嘉近期接受《The Edge财经日报》专访时说：“由于中国市场庞大，我们冀望这项联营计划可为盈利作出正面贡献。”

他表示，制造厂房经已投入运作，而联营公司的股权架构料在获得中国监管当局批准后完成。联营公司的总发行缴足股本应不会超过1千万人民币（480万令吉），除非获得双方同意。

值得一提的是，科士威于今年1月在中国设立其首家商店之前是通过其电子科士威购物网站（eCosway）来向其中国客户销售商品。

以盈利共享模式合作
尤应嘉表示，应嘉将可在商品生产方面与科士威共享盈利，但表示现在谈及联营公司可为该公司贡献多少盈利则为时尚早。

他说：“我们将在未来1至两个月拥有更为清晰的看法。”

他表示现在谈及中国厂房的产能何时将完全投入运作也是过早之事，但应嘉将在达到这个水平后与科士威在中国设立更多的厂房。

尤应嘉预计，中国厂房的规模相等于其槟城两家厂房的总和。

应嘉在槟城峇六拜（Bayan Lepas）建设两座厂房，分别占地6万1千700平方尺及7万7千200平方尺。此外，该公司在雪兰莪莎阿南和森美兰汝来（Nilai）分别拥有占地1万8千平方尺和5万4千500平方尺的厂房。

中国厂房是应嘉海外首个生产业务。未来，该公司或将在中国和其他国家拓展其生产事业。

尤应嘉说：“我们在筹划拓展策略及发展海外生产事业方面抱持谨慎态度。在其他国家开创生产事业的最重要条件是我们已有现成的客户或销售活动。”

应嘉闭市时以平盘价3.50令吉作收，成交量为4万8千100股。

（吉隆坡30日讯）应嘉（ENGKAH，7149，主要板消费）计划，以10配1比例，派送每股面值1令吉、共653万7910股红股及同等比例凭单，以示回馈股东。

该公司今日透过侨丰投资银行发布文告说，一旦获得马证交所及股东同意，预计整项计划可在今年第3季完成，有关申请将在1个月内提呈。
　
“此次免费派送凭单料不会明显筹得任何资金，但当凭单持有人行使凭单，所获取的资金则需视行使价而定。”
　
应嘉假设凭单行使价为3.30令吉，料可筹资2157万5103令吉，同时将用以充做资本开销。
　
文告说，一旦持有人悉数行使凭单，该公司扩大后的缴足资本将增至7845万4920股，料不会对截至2012财年12月31日每股获利及盈利带来影响。

週息率達6.1%‧應嘉10送1紅股1憑單受看好

（吉隆坡2日訊）應嘉機構（ENGKAH，7149，主板消費品組）宣佈各以10送1比例發送650萬股紅股和650萬張免費憑單，肯納格研究對此建議持正面看法，預料可加強應嘉機構的股票流通量和回饋股東，同時此建議不會令人意外，因該公司的股票溢價和保留盈利高達7千710萬令吉。

憑單合理價45仙
肯納格研究表示，假設所有憑單都轉換為新股，應嘉機構的股本將增加26%至7千850萬股。根據參閱行使價3令吉30仙計算，該公司可從憑單全面轉換中籌集2千160萬令吉。

目前該憑單處於已到價（in the money），假設每年有20%憑單被轉換，則每年只沖淡2%盈利，根據Back Scholes模式，該憑單的合理價為45仙。
股息派發率下調至65%

另一方面，肯納格研究將該公司的股息派發率預測從76%下調至65%。再加上紅股和憑單轉換而來的新股，2012至2013財政年派發的每股淨股息將從25.5仙下修至19至18.7仙，週息率仍處於6.0至6.1%的誘人水平。

肯納格研究認為該公司的跨國公司銷售仍然成長，而中國的投資前景亮麗。保持2012至2013財政年盈利預測介於2千150萬令吉和2千640萬令吉。

肯納格研究保持該股超越大市的建議，目標標價為4令吉34仙（紅股和憑單除權後則為3令吉68仙）。（星洲日報／財經）

應嘉機構今年首季業績表現比市場預期低，未來成長動力預料來自與科士威（中國）在中國的聯營計劃。

僑丰研究指出，該公司客戶及合作伙伴科士威（Cosway）積極擴充其中國業務，這對該公司的盈利前景有利，因它借助科士威進入亞洲市場。科士威在15個國家擁有約2千間“免費分店”，包括計劃在2016年的大馬分店增加至1千間。

應嘉機構與科士威（中國）今年1月簽署聯營計劃，以便在中國廣州製造香水、美容化妝品、護膚品、沐浴用品以及家庭用品等。該公司持有聯營公司30%股權，科士威則持有其餘的70%股權。該工廠在今年1月即開始營業。該公司也計劃從其檳城工廠出口更多產品到中國市場。

該行指出，科士威在香港、台灣、澳門及中國皆有業務。科士威通過電子科士威的网上管道在中國銷售家用產品，它於2012年初獲得中國頒發執照，在中國經營百貨公司業務。

進軍中國初期盈利較低
應嘉機構在2012年財政年首季業績比預期低，營業額及淨利僅佔全年預測的17.1%及18.2%，淨利為290萬令吉（按年跌13.8%及按季增長16.4%），而營業額則為2千380萬令吉（按年跌6.0%及按季跌5.0%）。

今年首季表現較為差勁，主要是向較小客戶採取更為嚴謹的信貸控制政策，以應付全球經濟成長可能放緩的劣勢。

該公司向來都是保守經營業務，按年營運賺幅從18.1%跌至16.7%，因其中國業務在啟業時需要額外成本，包括在今年首季進行產品試跑及試驗等活動。

僑丰研究將其2012年財政年的淨利預測調低12.6%，主要是進軍中國市場的初期盈利較低，以及較高的成本所致。預測2012年全年淨利為1千400萬令吉，2013年則為1千700萬令吉。合理價落在4令吉24仙，並給予“買進”評級。（星洲日報／投資致富‧投資問診室）

消費股拋壓重‧應嘉母股憑單齊挫

（吉隆坡21日訊）馬股上演輪漲風，一度備受投資者青睞的消費類股週四卻拋壓沉重，連向來表現平平的應嘉機構（ENGKAH，7149，主板消費品組）也慘遭拖累，其中應嘉機構WA（ENGKAH-WA，7149W，憑單）更一度下挫逾25%。

應嘉機構WA一度挫逾25%應嘉機構以3令吉33仙平盤開出，但後買壓不斷湧現，令股價節節敗退，最低8仙或2.4%至3令吉25仙，終場跌4仙至3令吉29仙，成交量僅1萬2千700股。

應嘉機構WA也隨母股走弱，開盤即挫5仙至65仙，盤中一度在買壓施力下，跌至52仙全日最低，挫18仙或25.71%，儘管後來跌勢有所收斂，但仍無力挽回頹勢，終場收53仙，跌17仙，成交量為9萬6千600股。（星洲日報／財經）
