I've pass the SPM exam in SMJK SAM TET in 1982. The original certificate SPM exam was lost when i moved.

I have already passed the spm examination on 1982 at smjk sam tet but after i had migrated to "name of city",i lost my certificate.

已知时间，应该用 past tense ，是吗？
