Please help me to correct the follow, if any mistake

I wish to inform that I would like to tender my resignation and giving one month notice with effective from the date of this letter.

Besides of the above, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you the management on all about the co-operation during my working period.

ANY GRAMMAR MISTAKE ON ABOVE, TEACHER, TEACHER, TEACHER

I wish to inform you that I would like to tender(??你要讲什么？） my resignation and giveone month notice  that will become effective start from the date of this letter.

Besides the above statement, I would like to take this opportunity to thankyou and the management on all the co-operation and kindness you have given to me during my workingperiod.
