KET-key english test - Level 1
PET-Proficiency English Test -Level 2
FCE- First Certificate in English - Level 3
CAE- Certificate in Advanced English - Level 4
CPE- Certificate Proficiency English -    Level 5

If you want to learn only ENGLISH,PET is already enough for you.
If you want to learn skills which will be using in university's life,you may take FCE and CAE.


FCE only recognise by some Uni/College whereas CAE recognise by almost all uni/college in Europe

曾经听过一位本地知名的英语教学工作者讲过，以马来西亚人的英文水平来说，能够考取CAE就已经很棒的了！我认识一位朋友竟然考到CPE，他是马来西亚人，可见他的英文是特优的哦！

怎样都好，这些FCE或者CAE的证书只要考到了就终身受用的，不像TOEFL，它是有一个期限的，过了那个期限人家就不承认的了，要重新考过才行。
