用英文写一封信给学校

我要用英文写一封信给学校，可是不知道要怎样写，请大家帮帮忙。

谢谢！

内容大概是：因为2007年7月ACCA的课程要改了，全部都是新的科目，而我在之前读的科目还有几科没有过，所以想休学一个学期，并在07年的6月参加考试，考以前学了没有考的科目。
就算这个学期我上课，也是读以前的科目，因为新的科目还没有开始，我不想浪费时间这样上课，不如自修考试。


大概是这个意思，可是我不知道要从哪里写起。

               I'm writing to inform my changes to the course i'm taking in school.
               
               It's because in the july of 2007,the course will be changed and all the subjects are totally different from what i'm studying now.I've never studied and completely indifferent towards some of the new subjects.I would rather study myself at home.

              So is this all right if i want to deter myself from the course ?If it's all right,i will stop for one whole term.But I will take my test in June of 2007 which merely include the subjects that i have been studying so far.

             Eventhough i continue my course in school,i will only study the old subjects,since the course has not been changed yet,i would be obliged if you allow me to leave for a term.

             I would be delighted if you give me the opportunity and i'm looking forward to receiving your letter.

Request for a One-Week Break

With respect to the above matter, I would like to request for a one-week break from the date 20th January 2007 to 27th January 2007.

2. Due to the introduction of a new syllabus in the ACCA recently, I am having difficulties  coping up with the new chapters. Therefore, I would like to seek your permission to have a one-week break.This would allow me to fully prepare myself for the ACCA examination in June this year.

3. I would be most grateful if you could grant me the permission to have a one-week break.
