既然中央能发细胞SMS，意味着台湾 mobile operators掌握60万人的身份。

注意到 我国没有 酱紫channel
Open your Messages app, tap Settings. Look for Emergency Alerts, Cell Broadcast or Wireless Alerts options. Tap or slide the switch to turn it on |
