沙巴神山（21/06-24/06/2018)招人

4d3n itinerary
Day 1:
-Arrived KK airport
-Overnight at Kundasang Resort
- Dinner
Day 2:
- register at Kinabalu Park headquarter
- start hiking at Timpohon gate
- check in Lemaing hut (overnight)
- Dinner
Day 3:
- 2am wake up
- continue to summit
- 7am descending from summit
- Breakfast and check out
- lunch at Balsam Restaurant ( 1300 - 1500)
- 3pm back to Kinabalu town
Day 4:
- Back to Kuala Lumpur
1. Accommodation at Kundasang resort ( twin bed) , Lemaing hut (dorm bed) at Laban Lata (Mt. KK)
2. Transport travel
Airport - Kundasang
Kundasang - Kinabalu Park
Kinabalu Park- KK town/airport
3. Registration of climbing permit
4. Meal - 2 Dinner , 2 Breakfast, 2 Lunch , 1 supper
Exclude
*optional- hire porter maximum 10kg/porter
*Return flight ticket (Kl-Kota Kinabalu- Kl)
* Day 4 accommodation in Kota Kinabalu city
*Meals (Day 4)

Things You Should Prepare For Mountain Climb:
1. Waterproof backpack to store your items
2. Trekking or running shoe with good grip
Warm clothing/Long sleeves shirt/Hiking pants
3. Jacket/Wind breaker
4. Extra clothing and socks
5. Small towel
6. Hand gloves and winter hat
7. Disposable raincoats
8. Head torch
9. Personal toiletries
10. Refillable water bottle (0.5 – 1 Litre)
11. High energy food such as chocolates, nuts, biscuits, sweets, energy bars
12. Your extra luggage can be stored at Kinabalu Park HQ at a nominal fee of RM10 per piece prior climb.

Things You Wish To Bring:
1. Medication such as headache tablets or altitude sickness tablets
2. Tissue paper / Toilet roll
3. Sun block lotion, lip gloss, plasters
4. Insect repellent / Mosquito Oil
5. Camera with water proof bag
6. Sandals / Slippers
7. Plastic bags
