SPM数学老师们，想请问你们statistics的问题

问题是关于ogive. 我看了几本书，在笔记那里都教是 less than, 例如third quartile 就是3/4 of the distribution have values less than Q3. 只是我看它们的练习题中，有的就说 equal to or less than. 在ogive我们拿到的不是less than 的value吗？

例如这题，问题问，how many students have the height less than or equal to 153.5 cm.答案就是20。
