请问各位大大。。。putrajaya Precinct 11 的双层排屋值得投资吗？Booked a 一个unit RM606,888. 以下是一些相关资料：

我是买来投资的。。。希望建好了能卖掉小赚一笔。。。因为不是很了解那一带的租金所以不抱太大希望。。。最坏打算是自己住。。只是我在kl做工 会有点不太方便。。。。。

因为不太了解putrajaya的房市，机缘巧合之下得到一点discount. 所以做了决定买一间来投资。。。。但不知道决定是否正确。。。希望各位大大能够指点。。。。谢了。。！！！

我个人小建议是看看你周围同类型的房子多吗？发展商所讲的这些商业区，办公楼，shopping mall人流如何？是不是很多人？还是就是空楼呢。然后多注意政府的master plan，将来的发展方向。做足这些准备，自然就更有信心咯，然后赚钱的可能性就更高咯

既然都做功课了那没什么好怕的，何况以长远来说，物价都是趋向上升的方面，所以如果不是缺钱还是短线投机，一般都会赚钱的。。恭喜

    putrajaya 90%是公务员。
没有公务员有本事买60万或租得起这种屋子的，
租金太高没有人租得起，太低自己损失。
一般上外面的人也不会选择去布城居住，包括马来人。
你们看到的马来人在布城其实大多数都是住政府的宿舍，自己买来住没有几个。

我认同putrajaya90%是公务员，但我不认同公务员没购买能力。 原因是我同事去年买了一间rm560k,现在刚建好，还没拿cf. 但是已经有人offer rm700k 了。

个人意见。。因为putrajaya很少开放unit 给public所以居民大多都是公务员，并不是因为没非公务员喜欢住putrajaya. 这对我而言反而是好事因为物以稀为贵。。。

不过世事无绝对， 我已经做好最坏的打算》 卖不出或租不出就自己住。。。昨晚又在跑去construction site和附近转了转。。。觉得那里环境还不错。。。。

presint11其实是不是靠近hospital serdang那边，我知道那边正在建着很多豪宅。
putrajaya是适合喜欢平静安宁的人住。

我蛮喜欢那里的环境。请问楼主给多少downpayment？under constrution要给interest？
几时complete?有free lawyer or stamp duty?

Putrajaya 一个鸟不生蛋的地方。

是马哈迪时代的产物。
现在的政府根本就不把那里作重点发展。

如果可以等10年8年可能会有一些转变。
