请给你们的意见，关于房屋贷款银行的选择。

我得到了两家银行的贷款，但是有好有不好，不知如何选择，希望你们可以帮帮忙。给小弟我宝贵的意见，

A Bank （回教银行）
好处
1，不用律师费
2，没有lock in period
3，有ceiling rate 最高去到10%
坏处
1，不出名的回教银行
2，员工工作态度懒散
3，现在BFR rate 6•9， offer我们bfr-2•3

P Bank
好处
1，员工工作态度好。
2， BLR6•6，offer我BLR -2•5（first year and second year） 第三年-2•4
3，公司出名。

坏处
1，lock in period
2，没有lock ceiling rate
3， 需要给律师杂费。

就是说那个BLR rate 最高只可以去到10%，多过就是银行cover。
p bank就没有这样的好处。

就是它的贷款供款比较少， 但是就是担心BLR rate会高得离谱。那就不值得了。

Take into consideration of both bank location convenience to you. Which bank more convenience to you in term of when you wanted to make payment or you needed to walk-in the bank. Ceiling rate is the maximum rate that the bank can charges on you for the loan.

How long is the lock period that P Bank implies on your loan? If it was less than 15 years (I could recommend that take P Bank based on their long history and the staff attitude) If your loan is above RM200k, I don't think anyone manage to clear the loan in 10years despite don't use your income at all.

What happen after 3rd year of your loan that P Bank offer you? When come to loan, must look after the bank history also their processing time. You wouldn't wanted to pay the loan but the system keep showing you still owe them and charge bla bla bla fee.

actually other bank aso got they own Islamic product . u can try ask other bank .

我Public bank的banker帮我把杂费算进我了贷款配套。
我立刻签了。。
那个马来银行还要做不做那样。。
工作态度一流。。
哈哈。。
