第一次,小小的律师收费问题

终于下定了人生的第一间屋子,agent介绍的律师也quote了个价钱,大家帮忙看看算正常吗

Purchase Price = RM 385k
SALES & PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Legal Fee
First 150k x 1% = RM 150k x 1% = RM 1,500
Next 850k x 0.7% = (RM 385k - RM 150k) x 0.7% = RM 1,645
TOTAL = RM 3,145.00
(subject to 40 - 50% discount)

Stamp Duty
First 100k x 1% = RM 100k x 1% = RM 1,000
Next 400k x 2% = RM 5,700
TOTAL = RM 6,700.00

LOAN AGREEMENT
Legal Fee
First 150k x 1% = RM 150k x 1% = RM 1,500
Next 850k x 0.7% = (RM 385k - RM 150k) x 0.7% = RM 1,645

TOTAL = RM 3,145.00
(subject to 40 - 50% discount)

Stamp Duty (0.5% Standard)
RM 385k x 0.5% = RM 1,925
TOTAL = RM 1,925.00
(subject to 50% discount)

OTHER EXPENSES (Legal Charges for Paper Works / Admin Fee)
RM 1,000 - RM 1,500

ESTIMATED COSTS
(BEFORE DISCOUNT) = RM 16,415.00

RM 1,000 - RM 1,500

收500我都显贵...

LEGAL FEE..是有40~50%的DISCOUNT啦...可能可以谈到60%..

STAMP DUTY没的扣..GOV收的..
