Dear Sir/Ms

This is a letter about a complaint of new 135LC.

I'm a owner of new 135LC ES 5speed, i was excited while the 1st day of this moped arrived to my hand. But after i tried a round on the road, i felt disappointed.

Problems :
- Strong vibration from engine and body that causing unconfortable riding experience even in a low speed (below 80km/h)
- Unstable rotating of sprocket
- Bending RIM and tyres.
There are the condition of the 1st 100km that i was observed.

Regarding to the vibration, i thought it was because during run-in period, i was exchanged fresh engine oil and oil filter every 1000km and maintain 60-80km/h on the road. But the problem still existing and become worse.
It is just like malfunction of engine balancer or blemish joints (screws) connection.
Besides that, the sprocket will wagging from side to side (looks from the back) when it is rotating.
RIMs and tyres are the most important part for safety and confortable riding, but its' brings me unconfident feels when riding because i can feels it is SHAKING even in a straight and smooth highway!!!

Now, my motorcycle over 3400km, finished the run-in period, but the problem of vibration NEVER BEEN SOLVED and become WORSE!!! I tried my friend's LC ES 5speed and old LC also, it is smooth, low vibration, stable handling and agile response from throttle.
How about mine? Extreme Spirit? Nop, Extreme VIBRATION!!!
And my RIMs, are BENDING!!! I don't believe this is the product from ENKEI!!! I never hits a deep hole (if don't believe, tyres will be the proof) that can cause this kind of bending. It is an unbelievable and 'amazing' experience of an ENKEI RIMs.

I should send my motorcycle to HongLeongYamaha immediatelly when i observed this kind of problems. But, the Service Centre's operation hour will be following the office hour and rest on Saturday and Sunday; I should send it back to my dealer, but i need it to work!

1day, my whole day break was approved by my company's management, i sent it to HongLeongYamaha (Sungai Buloh) and reflected all of the problems, but the feed back was :"The vibration is ACCEPTABLE." and "The sprocket is wagging, but it is normal unless it effect the daily used." . I don't believe the response that i heard was came from the reception staff. I was an Mechanical Engineering student in college, i know that 1mm different or strong vibration will reduce a machine life span, am i?

Finally, the technician helped me to check the problem, i appreciate it was fast and save my time, but the all of the problems haven't been solved also!

Last but not least, i won't believe i spent the amount of RM7400 but get the product which like RM3000.

Hopefully get an response from HongLeongYamaha management/technical side.

135 酱糟糕咩...还是你运气不好拿到有问题的～～呵呵～～ 不过7千多...就觉得蛮贵下。
