不用先注册，英文是她买不是你买。
利息是四八仙如果没有错的话，可是是compund interest就好像ptptn一样。每个月的interest will recount again base on the remaining loaning amount.
so it's better compare to conventional, because conventional and islamic is all fixed nterest. Even you pay your loan earlier it will not get away much.
But I have to remind you that the allocation for her is limited. I don't remember the total allocation loan for a teacher.
For example is 300k (government loan)
you borrow from the gov 180k for the first house. the second house you can only apply 120k.
so think first. Now the conventional loan interest rate is 6% - BLR 2.0 or - BLR 2.1 or - BLR 2.2.
so discuss this with her. I have answer your question.
