有人买过lelong的屋子吗?好像很麻烦酱。。

尤其是和买了lelong屋的屋主买过来,更麻烦。。有什么要注意的吗?希望各位大大指教。。。 |

还好啦。。。我都买了几间了。。。
But you must always remember few things:-
1. Never never bid if the auctioned property has someone stays there.
2. Check all the outstanding fees like, maintenance fee, legal fee, water and electricity, insurance.
3. Whether the bank will absorb the item (2).
4. What is your purpose of buying this? to stay or to invest? |

买来自住的,单单是transfer of title 就必须等几个月了。。。因为没有title,只有high court 的PO。。。 |
