联名买公寓185K,律师费5700,okie吗?

我买的是leasehold apartment... 有strate title...请问S&P律师费5700这个收费还Okie吗?

另外想知道,如果联名买屋子,Memorandum of Transfer是不是 x 2的?

因为之前律师给我的quotation...memorandum of transfer 是RM1350

现在不知为何变成RM2700...想询问大家后才去跟律师谈?

5700 inclusive of loan agreement's expenses and fees?
If strata title issued, lawyer will charge their fee in preparing Memorandum of Transfer into the bill. Only in the circumstances where the Title issued after the Sale completed, then lawyer will charge for their prof. fees in preparing the Memorandum of Transfer. There is a scale-fee issued by Bar Council whereby lawyers have to strictly follow it.

不。。。这个只是S&P lawyer fee... 我的strate title b4我买就已经issued了

只是向知道为何原本MOT是RM1350,突然会变成RM2700

原来是因为我不entitled for 50% discount on MOT...所以就要另外给咯。。。aikss
