Booking fee 3k only.. but i think no more unit ady.. I do the pre-booking is because i want their 20k freebies-->
- 3 x air conds units for living hall, master bedroom and bedroom 2
- 2x water heater
- 2 x shower screen
- built in kitchen cabinet
- 3 x built in bedroom wardrobe
- Free maintenance fees for 2 years
- Free SPA and legal fees
- 1 cark park (mine is 2 carparks  ) |

If u want then wait for thier launching in Feb lah, but cant get any freebies & price may slightly increase... |

我也booked one unit at OUG parklane. Nearer to future LRT station if compare to tiara mutiara. |
