[帮忙看看] S&P 及 loan Agreement 费用

刚刚从律师那儿拿到Quotaion. 可以帮忙看看有那些收贵及有那些还可以折扣的。

你似乎少放了transaction value和total loan amount。 |

Transaction Value是什么?S&P Property Price 是RM81K. Loan Amount是RM72.9K |

那个facility agreement那里律师放rm1000.00作为他的最低报价。你可以问他,RM1000.00是不是你的最低报价?为什么其余律师楼的最低报价似乎是rm300.00。(也就是照1%计算为700多。)
