    Transaction Value是什么？S&P Property Price 是RM81K. Loan Amount是RM72.9K

那个facility agreement那里律师放rm1000.00作为他的最低报价。你可以问他，RM1000.00是不是你的最低报价？为什么其余律师楼的最低报价似乎是rm300.00。（也就是照1%计算为700多。）
