invest nearly at pj, shah alam.

hi all, i have around 30k, have good place introduce me to invest house or condo. thx for ur comment. |

You have 30K or 300K? I am afraid 30K may not be sufficient for any house in PJ. Condos maybe, but not upscale ones. |

３０k， 应该可以卖２００k的屋子或condo／apartment。。。２０k付头期，１０k付律师费，印花税。。。 |

３０k，不够买超过２００k的subsale property。。。
买 under construction 的就可以啦，因为developer 会帮你换SPA 的LAWYER FEE AND STAMP DUTY |
