Auction/leasehold/freehold/strata title求救。。。。。

事情如下：
1. 如果我在auction的时候成功标下一件leasehold 的 property, 我给了10%，不过authority不出consent给我，因为是malay owner不过不是bumi reserve/unit。可是如果我有钱， 我在90天内做full settlement给bank。那么哪个产业算是我的吗？bank还会不会forfeit我的10%？给了full payment后我是不是可以慢慢解决consent的问题，至到成功转名为止？
2. leasehold property 如果under master title时要做买卖是要得到developer和authority的consent的。但如果leasehold under strata title还需要authority 的consent, 那么developer 的consent还需要吗？
3. leasehold property 如果under master title时要做买卖是要得到developer和authority的consent的。但如果developer bankruptcy 了 我要如何？jmb 做得到consent吗？
4. freehold property 如果under master title时要做买卖需要得到developer的consent吗？
5. freehold property 如果under strata title还需要得到什么consent吗？
6. 屋子Under Master Tittle, Owner做得到caveat吗？
