Disbursement Fee from Desa Idaman lawyer

Hi all buyers of desa idaman,
I'm new here. I received a call from lawyer to sign the S&P & loan agreement today & the lawyer told me that I have to pay the disbursement fee of RM400. May I know is it true? I thought it is all free as the developer sale man mentioned that all legal fees for S&P & loan agreement is free. I bought it end of Dec 2009.
Just to clarify. Looking forward to hear from all of you soonest possible as I need to sign the S&P & loan agreement already.

做么不要问DEVELOPER?
我的就TOTALLY FREE....不用给DISBURSEMENT.... |

disbursement同常是买方要给的,但一般上是RM200,为什么你的要RM400?我买过2次屋,都是发展商付SPA LEGAL FEES. |

发展商付的大多是SPA的 legal professional fees.Disbursement 可以说是杂费,包括了printing,searching等等的费用,大多数的发展商是不包括的。卖你屋子的agent没有清楚的告诉你,或许他根本不知道什么是disbursement fees. |

我今天刚跟Agent下了定金,她说Disbursement fee要RM2,000,是真的要那么贵吗?我买的是Service Apartment. 谢谢。 |
