最近拿到Xbank的loan offer letter,有几个内容不太懂，想请教各位高手：

Term Loan
1） Commitment fee of 1% p.a shall be levied on the undrawn portion of the loan computed on monthly basis (applicable for those without pre-determined schedule of drawdown fixed in terms of time except for those fixed loans of up to Rm250k for individual borrowers)

OD
1) The Bank shall levy a minimum monthly interest charge of RM5 on overdrawn balances of such other amount at the Bank's discretion

2) OD 也有early settlement?

3) All overdue and excesses shall be levied with an interest rate of 1% p.a. + prevailing fascility interest rate (subject to a minimum charge of RM10) -- OD 也有overdue ?? excesses 是指还多还是迟还？

4）同常OD是monthly rest or daily rest?

你有拿 Overdraft？还是 flexi loan？
Overdraft 会有 1% 的 commitment fee for RM250k 以上
因为银行预备了一笔钱让你动用，但是你却没有
如果你有动用那笔钱，那么就没有 charge
它是这么计算的：
假设 OD 是 250k，你这个月用 100k，银行会 charge 1% p.a on 150k

2) OD 也有early settlement?
没有

3) All overdue and excesses shall be levied with an interest rate of 1%p.a. + prevailing fascility interest rate (subject to a minimum chargeof RM10) -- OD 也有overdue ?? excesses 是指还多还是迟还？
当然是指迟还的那些钱

4）同常OD是monthly rest or daily rest?

    我拿的是Termloan (50K) + OD (120K).
第一个clause是term loan里面的，term loan 是肯定drawn的，所以有点不明白。

在OD也看到你所解释的clause，在我的情况，我借的是120k, 如果我只用100k, 那20k需要charge 1% p.a. 吗？

只是 OD 而已
目前 Term Loan 还没有这样的条例
请问你的是什么地？然后你本身有产业了吗？
