help, win2k 问题

嗨， 大家好

我公司写了一个web application， 在很多种 OS ， 很多种 Browser 都没问题， 但，

在 Win ２k 里， 如果 regional setting set到 traditional chinese， 就会 有这样的问题 ：

but when using win2k with regional setting set to chinese (traditional),
then there will be a problem

our software is written in JSP,
then there is one textbox that got another program pass value to it, which the value will be used to search for some record.

if the value is chinese,
when the value is passed to it, it will be missing few character in the end and appearing '?'
example, the value is "General Buyer 買方二 買方二"
it will become : " General Buyer 買方?"


can anyone help me with this problem?

is there any patch i need to download to fix this problem?

cause the program work well in every other machine with other laguage setting..

your jsp database is mysql?, this one i think the chinse char have the simbol ' "
