各位老板，我想请问下如果sign了offer letter后，要cancel的话会被罚款吗？（offer letter里面有写罚1%）。有什么办法可以cancel掉不用罚款吗？肺遇侵并不是贪心忘旧拿到其他比较好的offer 而要cancel, 问题是在我拿的package要自付legal fees 和s&p.之前sign offer letter 前讲好一个价钱，但过了三个星期律师打来讲的价钱和之前的相差整1k.

各位大大有什么办法可以教教我吗？ 先谢谢你们。感激不尽。

u sign how long ready? U can directly refer to the bank officer. maybe you need to bear for the valuation fees or others management fees.

For example, I got 1 client who sign CIMB offer letter and he want to cancel loan. The officer never charge him a single cents.

Above is just 1 of the example, may different depands on bank.
Better refer to the bank officer in-charge of your loan.

ok. thanks a lot. i will dea with the banker, i just want to know any excuse or good reason can cancel the offer letter without penalty.
