你贷款多少。。lawyer fees based on 你的loan amount 的大概 2 ~ 3 %。。。

我 refinance 贷款 135,000

但是。。依我所知，总费用应该是低过RM３k。。

４k+ 有点贵。。。我也不知道贵在哪里。。。

请大大们指教。。。

p/s: Lawyer刚打电话来。。 说有一个费用没放上去 （我忘了那名字）。。要多RM４００＋＋。。

好像贵了一些。。。做么你不拿Zero moving cost的packages。。
通常这样比较省钱。。。

以上的计算法有＂夸大＂吗？？ 有商量的余地吗？？

好像超过loan amount 的3%了。。。的确贵了一些咯。。。
Non Zero moving cost 还要拿回maybank自己的panel lawyer。。。
有没有搞错哦。。。
通常non zero moving cost。。。customer 可以自己appoint 律师的。。我的银行是这样啦。。。
可能maybank 的policy不一样咯。。

Statutory Declaration 只是一两张纸，那里可以charge RM100.

Legal Fees for Loan = 135,000 x 1% = 1350 所以也是对的。

Stamp duty on Loan Agreement 是对的。。。１３５０x0.5% + 20 = RM695。

Travelling 应该可以扣一些。 不需RM２００ 那样贵。
Photostating & printing charges, Fax & telephone 也应扣，MISC 已经给他们RM５０ 了。

其它收费还算standard.

zero cost 就有 minimum loan amount 规定
non zero cost 就没有，不过loan amount太少，顾客也不会笨到出一大笔钱（legal fees)去省一点interest

没问过可不可以appoint自己的律师。。。

但是我也没认识那个律师。。

所以，我要求Maybank找个靠近我家的， 方便自己。。。

谈了。。

Statutory Declaration charge RM100 是包括行政费。。
Travelling RM２００， 他们还说可能不够。。 油钱，toll，停车费，etc。。。
Photostating & printing charges, Fax & telephone 费用已经是他们最底了。。
Misc是不包给了的费用。。


谈到最后，没的扣。。

没问到zero cost minimum loan amount 的规定。。Maybank 的人也没讲。。。
可能是我要 non－zero 的，没有限制，所以没讲。。

我的loan很小。。 １３５K。
还以为 legal fees 只是要 ＜３k。。

上星期六给了Disbursements 费用。。
其他的等到文件出来才给完。。

对了， 他们说loan aggreement 有回扣。。 ３０％。
但要给完钱后，才给回。。

好过没有扣。。。
