Below are the lists of Company Hostel Rules & Regulation for all occupants. You are requested to accept and obey without protest in order to ensure smooth operation in the hostel. TAKE NOTE that the company does not condone to employees who do not comply with the Company Rules & Regulations. Failing to comply shall result strict disciplinary action or termination of your service without prior notice.

(Di bawah adalah senarai mengenai Peraturan-Peraturan di Asrama. Anda di kehendaki menerima dan mematuhi tanpa bantahan bagi memastikan keberkesanan di dalam asrama. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN, pihak syarikat tidak akan melindungi kepada sesiapa yang tidak mematuhi peraturan ini. Pihak syarikat tidak akan teragak-agak untuk menamatkan servis anda tanpa sebarang notis).

S/No: (1)         Strictly no consumption of alcoholic drinks.(i.e: whisky, beer, rice wine etc )
        (tidak dibenarkan sama sekali membawa minuman keras seperti Whisky, beer, samsu dll)

S/No: (2)        No slaughting of live poultry / animal in the hostel. (i.e.: live chicken, live duck, live pig etc).
        (Tidak dibenarkan memotong daging haiwan di dalam asrama seperti ayam, itik, khinzir dll).

S/No: (3)        Strictly no slaughting and eating of dog meat.
        (Tidak dibenarkan memotong dan memakan daging anjing).

S/No: (4)        No fighting, taking of drugs and gambling.
        (Tidak dibenarkan berlawan, mengambil dadah dan berjudi).

S/No: (5)        No stranger or friends of employees is allow to enter the hostel at all time.
        (Tidak dibenarkan orang luar dan kawan yang memasuki ke kawasan asrama pada setiap masa).

S/No: (6)        All visitor must stay outside of the hostel.
        (Setiap pelawat hendaklah berada di luar kawasan asrama).

S/No: (7)        No keeping of pets. (i.e.: dag, car etc).
        (Tidak dibenarkan memelihara binatang seperti anjing, kucing dll).

S/No: (8)            All personnel must keep the hostel 100% clean and tidy at all time.
        (Setiap orang hendaklah memastikan asrama 100% bersih dan kemas pada stiap masa).

S/No: (9)        A duty roster for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness for the hostel must be work out by the house captain / assistance house captain).
        (Jadual kebersihan akan disediakan oleh ketua rumah).

S/No: (10)        To upkeep good environment around the hostel region without disturbing the resident (neighbour) with noisy or cause damage to public properties. (i.e.: keep the TV & RADIO player volume low).
        (Hendaklah memastikan kawasan persekitaran yang aman dan tidak mengganggu perasaan kejiranan. Suara TV & radio hendaklah dipelahankan.

S/No: (11)        Other employee of this company being found in this hostel without approved from the management, disciplinary action will be taken on occupier and unauthorized employees. (All house captain and assistance captain is resposible).
        (Sesiapa yang didapati berada di asrama lain tanpa kebenaran pihak syarikat, tindakan discipline akan diambil ).

S/No: (12)        Any damages or unauthorized alteration of the hostel equipment etc will be replace or repair and occupier will have to bear the cost.
        (sesiapa yang merosakkan alatan di asrama akan menanggungi kos pembaikian).

IMPORTANT:
For offender of S/No 3 or S/ No 4, the case will be refer to the police.
Sesiapa yang melarang S/No 3 atau 4, kes akan dihantar ke balai polis.
