我想写一封信给我的大学，通知他们我不能attend他们给我的interview日期，因为我那个时候在国外...

请问有没有哪位朋友愿意教小弟大概要怎样写？
还有英文formal letter的format是怎样了？

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am  writing this letter on behalf of my Legacy for the Art Studio Class. The project consists of a storyboard/comic that focuses on a comedy story my dad told me.

The story is about a man, who does not know how to speak English, but tries to buy chickens at KFC. Overall, the artwork will contain multiple sketches; It will be rendered in pen and pencils, and will be sketched on fifteen to twenty pieces of plain, white paper. However, I will supply my own materials.

I also wish for my artwork to be hung anywhere on the wall of the second or third floor. Please note that the contents (ie. story, size, medium, etc.) of the artwork can be changed due to the nature of this project, upon discussion. Please let me know if there are any problems.
