Victorian taxi cabs and Drivers are not able to supply child restraints, seats or capsules for your trip.
You should use a restraint, seat, or capsule when able to provide your own. All taxi cabs provide an anchor bolt or fitting for one restraint, seat or capsule.
If it is not convenient for you to provide your own restraint, seat or capsule, during trips to the airport or to a shopping centre for example, there are still options suitable for you:
Children under 12 months do not have to use a child restraint, seat or capsule in a taxi providing
- your child travels in the back seat
- your child is placed on the lap of an adult
- your child is not placed under the seat belt
Children over 12 months do not have to use a child restraint, seat or capsule in a taxi providing
- your child travels in the back seat
- your child is secured with their own seatbelt

Q: Do the laws on CHILD RESTRAINTS apply to taxis?
In NSW, a minimum of 10% of the taxi fleet is required to be fitted with child restraint.
Babies/children 6 months up to 12 months
Children under 6 months must be in a suitable and properly fastened/adjusted rearward facing restraint. Children 6 months or older but less than 12 months must be in either a rearward facing restraint or a forward facing restraint with in-built harness. These rules are the same for all vehicles.
Children 12 months up to 16 years In taxis, children 12 months or older but under 16 years old must be in an independent seating position either on a booster seat and use a seatbelt that is properly adjusted and fastened or must use a suitable seatbelt that is properly adjusted and fastened. Children sitting in the front seat
No passenger under the age of 4 years may sit in the front seat, and no passenger under the age of 7 years may sit in the front seat, unless the back seats are also occupied by children under 7 years. This rule is the same for all vehicles.

Day 7 (Mon) - 早上 St Kilda & Brighton Bathing Box - GOR - Geelong Lunch（有什么建议）- Twelve Apostles - Checkin Port Campbell要早出发。不可能那么早在Geelong lunch的。Geelong到Twelve Apostles，你是一直走走停停。这的行程如果不早出发，很容易meet到一日团的人潮因为你还要去St Kilda & Brighton Bathing Box
Day 8 (Tues) - 早上 Go Back Twelve Apostles - (沿海回 or 沿内路回 better?) 沿内路回，可去Sovereign Hills.- 还车 - Melboune CBD 住
Day 9 (Wed) - take tram to city - 晚上9:05pm飞机回sydney T2 - 10:30pm - take cab - check in hotel Quality Hotel CKS Sydney Airport
Day 10 (Thue) - 10.55am flight back KL
