本人會在DUBAI差不多十二個小時。那麼時間2.30pm到2.35am才飛美國。我坐Emirates.
請問，什麼見意？visa聽說可以免費給。是嗎？

美国是一定要VISA的。你是transit 在迪拜机场，如没出机场的话，不用VISA。如想出去走走的话，会stamp你一个VISA on Arrival . FOC 的。

Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) nationals do not require a visa to enter the UAE.  Passport holders of the countries listed below do not require a prior visa in order to enter the United Arab Emirates for business or tourist visits lasting 30 days.  These passport holders will receive a one-month visa on arrival.

Nationalities with valid resident visa in (GCC) countries will apply visa on arrival, provided that they are coming abroad directly from the country of residence.

If you do NOT fall into one of the above categories, you will require a visa and a sponsor for your visit any other citizens than the Gulf Cooperation Council states citizens will require a visa in advance through local sponsor such as : hotels, relatives or any business associates.


Stop at Transit

Visa is not required for any person transiting and stop at the airport until they make their connection, provided they have a visa and confirmed ticket to their next destination.
