多隆啦，

有 LRT / RTS 从新加坡到新山已经很好了，
如果有 2nd link 的也不错。

看了 KL 的 LRT / monorail
比泰国都不如。
干脆不要做。

不再怕塞车，
大可把车子放在 CIQ 旁边的露天停车场，
天天打包午餐。
花时间省钱，周末才到处吃。

Rts是个系统，大家误以为是火车。。。

他们一直在讨论的是巴士系统～～～～

火车只考虑在货物载送地点。。。

Nanyang Siang Pau reported that both Malaysia and Singapore governments are expected to reach consensus on Malaysia-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link between Johor Bahru and Woodlands after the completion of the feasibility study during the bilateral meetings set to take place in Feb 18-19.

In May 2012, a consortium leads by Aecom Technology Corp was awarded a US$42 million (RM131.88 million) contract to conduct an architectural and engineering study for the proposed Malaysia-Singapore rapid transit system (RTS) link.

The contract was awarded by the Malaysia's Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) and Singapore's Land Transport Authority.

The architectural and engineering consultancy study tender went to the consortium of AECOM Singapore, AECOM Perunding and SA Architects.

The study will be done in two phases.

In Phase 1, which is expected to be completed by end-2012, the consultant will look into technical parameters and propose options for the Link.

In Phase 2, the Malaysia-Singapore Joint Ministerial Committee (JMC) for Iskandar Malaysia will decide on the option that will be studied further.

The terminating stations of the RTS link, which is targeted to be in operation by 2019, will be in the vicinity of JB Sentral, Johor Bahru and in the vicinity of Republic Polytechnic, Singapore. The RTS link is planned to integrate with Singapore's Thomson Line at its northernmost terminal station, i.e. Woodlands North Station. Thomson Line is set to cater for 400,000 commuters daily.

感觉自讲自爽。让我看到了马来西亚单恋的情况。。

大家还记得第二个新加坡大桥的工程吗？？？在老马的时代？
什么都有了，图纸阿～～～图片阿～～～实在太理想了。
在马来西亚的报纸报道轰轰烈烈的～～～～～
大家都以为是真的～～～～～～～

结果叻～～～

说真的，只有在建筑着一行的人都知道什么事～～
钱是一件事，我们被委任做工程而已。最后的决定在给钱人的手上。

解决新马通关拥挤的问题， 我觉得可以 ：-

- 在Causeway上建设Auto Pedestrian Walk， 过关客只要站着， 就能在15分钟来往新马。
- 把现有KTM南北总站从Woodlands 迁回JB Sentral，再安排短程火车不停的来回JB Sentral和Woodlands， 一小时来回三次， 就可以载上千人了。
