Ebay <-超赞的网购平台

上个星期在EBAY标到一个casio手表, 美金$118~结果寄来的是假货。  我就跟卖家要求full refund + return shipping cost. 卖家不肯付还死不承认卖的是假货。可是我却有得证明他的是假货。在无法和卖家达成协议我直接投诉EBAY customer service. 意想不到的是很快他就回我EMAIL.内容如下

Thanks for contacting eBay. We're sorry to hear you had a problem with item “NEW CASIO EDIFICE CHRONOGRAPH MENS SPORT WATCH EF-550BK-1A” (261060983077). First of all, I want to thank you for your patience and apologize for not being able to respond to your email sooner. eBay has been experiencing a high volume of emails. Rest assured that I’ll do my best to help you resolve this matter.


I understand that you have received the item which you claim as fake. I know it can be disappointing when an item arrives not in the same condition described from the seller’s listing. Please know that the professional manner in which you have handled yourself in this situation is most commendable and highly appreciated and we appreciate that you took the time to let us know what happened, and we want you to enjoy shopping on eBay. I want you to know that I am committed to resolve this case for you.


Chris, I would also like to thank you for choosing eBay as your online market since 2010. I can’t help but notice your purchase history that shows you already purchased a total of 6 items that costs about MYR 5,603.25 in just a year. The number of items you have recently purchased is evident enough to show how big your contribution is to the eBay community. Thank you so much for your continued trust and support. I am looking forward to do more transactions with you in the future, because eBay need more members like you to make eBay a safer place to shop.


We reviewed your case about the item not matching the seller's description. As a courtesy, eBay would like to take care of this today by issuing you a full refund for the cost of the item plus shipping. Please destroy the item since you won't need to send this item back. When buyers claim to sellers that their item was not received or the item they received was different from what was described in the listing, this resolution process help buyers and sellers resolve disputes in fewer steps, and provide buyers with a more familiar ecommerce resolution experience. Also, it is designed to offer an option to contact eBay if buyers and sellers can't reach resolution themselves. Once the concern was escalated to eBay, we'll take a more active role in ensuring transaction problems are resolved.


Moving forward, I recommend that you leave an appropriate feedback and detailed seller rating to your trading partner anytime up to 60 days after the listing has ended. That is for you to take your time on checking the item first before leaving the said Feedback to your seller. This is the best way to share your experience with the seller to us. 简单来说就是我不用退货也可以拿到full refund,免费得到一个高仿的casio手表。如果大家以后在ebay买到假货,敢敢去投诉他  EBAY  like +1 给他 赞哦

没有拉,是因为卖家无法证明他的东西是真的,而我有办法证明是假货咯。

EBAY 是个中间人。 我之前还钱是给EBAY收, 然后卖家才send 货给我, 等我收到货满意了EBAY才出钱给卖家。 明白吗

eBay 没收錢,只是Paypal 收錢,PayPal 是eBay 的分公司。

eBay 及Paypal對買家很好,但對賣家很不友善,如買家玩陰的,賣家真是唖巴吃黄蓮,輸定。

嗯,忘了还有pal pal.... paypal 就比较狡猾....我里面剩下一些钱就是拿不出来。 因为这次的refund 是加在我的信用卡里面

我曾在eBay 賣東西,遇过各种類買家,千奇百怪,为了保護自己,真是要見招拆招,很累…
唯一能做的,是在rules &#14157;淸楚,有什麼争執,就以rules 为凖,eBay 及PayPal 也是以rules 为最終判决…

但也是很心灰意冷,再加上eBay 一直加賣品抽拥费,paypal也是,
而这费用唯有加在貨品上,無形中影响货品標價。
買家不淸楚,雖然買了,却在feedback 上&#14157;不良評語,
这些不公平評語,eBay 却認为是正常的,只要把货價調低就行了?!

我的妈呀! eBay 及PayPal 不停加抽拥费,却叫賣家調低價去吸引買家?
这是什麼生意理論呀?

最後心冷了,退出。在fb賣,看eBay 還怎樣抽我拥金?

youtube也不错,上次在网上付费看戏,结果不知道什么问题看到一般看不到,投诉后连钱也退给我了,不过还是有点小失望的说,那部戏人家找了很久的。。。。。。

所以说服务也顾客就是老板,投诉多一点,他们效率以后就高一点,对消费者也比较好
