On the other hand, the early bird package, is for first 50 customer.
Currently, if you go to their sales gallery, you will found out that the unit not event launch to sale.
I get the unit directly from the developer, not thru the sales agent
This unit build up as Luxury Appartment, so its was different from Z residence.
It was much more low density compare with Z residence
5 mins walking distance to LRT station
8 units per floor
All units are corner units – essentially they are semi-detached in the sky
2 covered carparks per unit
8 feet high doors
