請問S&P等於什麽？legal fees + Stamping of Original Loan Agreement??
如果developer說他們包S&P,那我是不是不比給legal fees + Stamping of Original Loan Agreement?? |

Sale & Purchase = Legal Fee + Stamp Duty + Disbursement Fee
Loan Agreement = Legal Fee + Stamp Duty + Disbursement Fee
通常发展商会包Sale & Purchase 的 Legal Fee 罢了。。。问清楚点哦 |

stamp duty + disbursement fees 有时是买家自己搞定的, 有些发展商只是包 s & p fees. |
