I would seek opinions/view and advise from you all.
Below is my situation:
I had signed S&P with vendor and vendor confirmed that unit not belong to bumit unit and during that time lawyer also confirmed this unit not belong to bumi lot.
After my lawyer sent to land office consent and they rejected my application due to this unit is belong to bumit lot.
Vendor told me they also never notice this unit is belong to bumit lot.
I had paid my lawyer fee (S&P and loan) and MTRA already.
A) Any agent/buyer experience this cases before? Can you share your experience with me?
Do you have any experience transfer from bumi to none bumi lot?
I really need advise and help from you all. |
