or bought taman pinggiran putra, price is rm220k, but small unit, 18 x60, i also stay there. just infront of jusco. as i know, around this area will has a chinese primary school |

只是觉得Equine Giant 那里是马来区。
Bukit Serdang Bayan Villa 是华人区，而且设计美观，环境优美，下来serdang大街，大把华人美食，我上去看过几次，在山顶，空气清新，凉爽。价钱最便宜的也是3xxk,只是比较小。
我好想买啊 >.< |

中等, 以地价算会有点高 ( 30-40千左右) 可是刚刚起了Giant.然后又是自己住，总结还可以。因为如果拿来投资的话就不是很好，因为附近太多选择了。 |
