请问下，enzyme 是protein的第几个stage？
那个avery experiment 我不了解，谁乐意告诉我啊？
什么dead S strain to live R strain？？
我完全不了解！！

通常enzyme是tertiary structure
至于avery experiment
就是证明了dna是hereditary substance.dna carried genetic information.
在avery的实验之前
有另一个实验griffith experiment(考试没出）
avery的实验是从这个实验衍生的
有一种叫streptococcus pneumoniae的细菌能导致mammals中肺癌
R strain是不会导致中肺癌的
S strain则会导致中癌
griffith用老鼠做实验
发现死了的S strain会把R strain变成能导致老鼠中肺癌的form
这是因为s strain dna 里的 genetic information传去R strain了
avery 的实验主要是要证明 contain genetic information的不是其他东西
而是dna
即使加了化解蛋白质的enzyme,但是s strain的genetic information还是会传给R strain
但是加了化解DNA的enzyme,却可以阻止s strain的genetic information传给R strain

这是历史性的experiment
只是为了prove关于DNA的study
我们不需要'做'
只需要'背'
这是第3课里头
control in cell里面
在duplication of dna and protein synthesis之前那part
