谁会看MRI脑部扫描的Radiology Report????

我妈妈今天做了MRI脑部扫描，我们拿到了Radiology Report，可是看不懂那报告里写的东西。

而我们要等到下星期见到医生才能知道那报告的结果，

可是我现在很心急想知道那报告的结果是什么。

帮帮忙…..请问这里有谁会看MRI脑部扫描的Radiology Report的吗????

MRI – BRAIN /MRA COW / CAROTID

Indication

Findings

The MRA of the circle of the Wills and the bilateral carotid MRA’s did not show any stenosis.

The MRI of brain showed some high signal focal areas in the frontal lobe white matter bilaterally especially the left frontal lobe which are probably ischaemic regions but this does not account for the vertigo and facial nerve palsy. Some high signal lacunes are also noted in the deep temporal lobes suggestive of lacunes.

The IAMs and visualized 7th and 8th nerves appeared normal as does the temporal bones. No high signal areas noted in the pons.

Impression: The MRI does not reveal an obvious cause for the facial palsy, vertigo or deafness.

最后一句是说MRI没显示任何明显的原因that lead to脸部麻痹，头晕和耳聋。

我妈妈只是左边脸部的肌肉麻木，一直头晕还有耳鸣，没有耳聋啦。

那报告中间那一段是指什么问题哦？？？

他说...在脑MRI显示在额叶白质双边合作，特别是左侧额叶这可能是缺血地区
但不影响到眩晕和面部神经麻痹..

只是用翻译器而已...

这 两 个 血 管 没 问 题

frontal lobe 可 能 有 点 缺 血 ， 但 没 有 导 致  头 晕 和 第 七 条 nerve 问 题

    按照骨诊的观点来说，严重的头晕就是由于第三腰椎出问题。而且当时把第三腰椎推正，马上就不晕了，我们做过好多病人，都是马上见效。耳鸣就比较复杂，具体需要看病人的情况了。

从报告看来头部区域不是导致症状的原因。耳鸣，眩晕问题多发生在第二颈椎，脸部肌肉僵硬，麻痹，不受控制要检查第一颈椎与枕骨部位。脸部肌肉问题若不是因中风，脑肿瘤所致，可列为 Bell‘s palsy，神经线发炎而引起。
建议您照颈椎到枕骨（Cervical Bone颈椎共7节 - Occipital Bone枕骨） MRI。
恳请天华兄赐教，腰椎6个脱位方向：-左后旋，右后旋，左移，右移，左密合，右密合，您如何诊断？如何准确的调整？您的疗法是家传疗法内传不外传？若不是可以具体解释第三腰椎何以引发头晕耳鸣？小弟诚心学习。
