请问IJM-WB和IJM-WR的分别是什么？

Following the approval of the Bursa Securities, the Company is also pleased to announce that:-
(i)
| the issue price for the IJM Warrants has been fixed at RM0.25 per IJM Warrant; and
| (ii)
| the exercise price for the IJM Warrants has been fixed at RM4.00 for every one (1) new IJM Share.

| The issue price and the exercise price for the IJM Warrants were determined by the Directors after taking into consideration, inter-alia, the historical volatility of the IJM Shares and the theoretical ex-bonus price of the IJM Shares of RM4.23, which was calculated based on the five (5)-day volume weighted average price of the IJM Shares up to and including 7 September 2009 of RM5.93.

想请问，什么是exercise price?
如果我们买了25cent的right issue有没有限制几时才可以卖掉呢？
还有我有留意到IJM有分IJM-WR和IJM-WB，分别是什么呢？

IJM-WR是认购IJM-WB的凭证--先前没有母股者可通过购买IJM-WR来认购IJM-WB--IJM-WR只挂牌10个交易日--过后除牌--手上的IJM-WR必须进行购买IJM-WB程序以便获得IJM-WB。。。IJM-WR+0.250购买IJM-WB--IJM-WR目前找炒作--价格会起落波动的说--如果截止日期没有行使认购股权购买IJM-WB--那么将变成废纸
如果你是通过OSK交易员户口交易--抱歉。。。昨天下午4点已经是截止日期--手上的WR将在当时过后不受处理。。。

我是之前买过IJM的股，他们也有派5：2的BONUS ISSUE+10:1的RIGHT ISSUE.刚好我有分到154UNIT的IJM-WR。今天刚好HLBANK的BROKER有打电话给我。说我可以ENTITLED FOR IJM-WR。而且一定要立刻给决定。所以我就买了1346UNIT 来ROUND UP 之前的。买不多，可是因为第一次买，所以希望可以学到点东西。我知道有些WARRANT是有限期的。一定要到期时补钱，不然就会费了。
我想问如果买了的话，几时可以知道你的APPLICATION有没有APPROVED?

这个问题问你的BROKER比较能得到准确答案--各证券行的运作和系统有些不同--可以去我们的分区那边【个别公司】看看这个主题～～GPACKET。。。因为刚好他出附加股也是正在经历OR的凭证认购附加股中。。。那边大家有讨论到个别证券行和不同性质户口所出现的情况 |

IJM-WR to IJM-WC, 不是WB噢
然后exercise price 是4.00
warrants 5年 expired
