因为初期有early bird discount， 所以 280k-30k(discount) = 250k
都是$1600(无家私） -$1900（有家私）
比较多是中东人租 |

Personally opinion, i think it's not worth to buy. it's pretty expensive, while you pay RM221,000 for 958sf only. RM230/sf in Serdang ! i have been to the unit before, it's very very Noisy while it's surrounded by 2 major highways! Not sure how good is the rental yield, because the occupancy rate is not high also. Hope can help you, Good Luck.  |
