本人英文不好...请大家帮忙解释下...
The state government has raised the density for property development in Penang, which will bring down land cost and stabilise property prices, said Hunza Properties Bhd executive chairman Datuk Khor Teng Tong.

“The state government recently decided to increase the density to 280,000 sq ft in built-up area from 90,000 sq ft per 100,000 sq ft of land.The decision to increase density will allow developers to build more, hence giving consumers more choices.

就是讲......以前100,000 SQFT可以起/发展 90,000 SQFT.... 现在增加到280,000 SQFT....大概3倍....
就是以前可以起1层....现在可以起3层.....

不过屋价会跌66%吗???

我只看到PENANG以后有很多高楼大厦......

现在都有2-30楼....将来不是很多komtar出现

本来100,000 sq.ft的土地只能起90,000sq.ft的屋子，现在能起280,000 sq.ft的屋子了！
