500千-800千的屋子！真不明白怎么样买得起。。。。

我要求不高，只想要大约20*70的双层排屋，可是在吉隆坡一带，都要500千-800千。。。。

很不明白，要负担得起这样的屋子，月入至少要5000吧。。。那已经是manager的薪水了...KL这样利害多经理吗？

你们别把房价炒那样高好不好？

哇，哪里找来那么多的康头？
其实我也有LZ的烦恼，现在的有地方产都价值不菲，怎么负担的起？
5000的月薪好像很难可以负担500千以上的房产。。。

什么是后才能拥有自己的屋子呢？
二手的，装修也要一笔钱。。。

有房产的你们，是怎么样买得起的呢？我实在想不通，有这么多人赚这么多钱吗？30多岁存款有100000的人，我真的没认识几个打工的会做得到。。。。都有家人帮助吗？

屋价在未来可能跌吗？

觉得在鸡笼坡工作时非常难存钱的。
需要供车，就去了一大笔；没有车，就形同没有脚那样。

如果家里给了车，负担就真的减轻的许多。

KL就是这样......我们都替有钱人屋主供房贷.........有钱人屋主又用赚到的钱买更多的屋子........屋价也越来越高!
