很多人排队去买呢....一出就卖完了.

还排队去买，从去年派息后我就卖出一部`分了。
我个人解得和金字塔网络投资一样，拿新买进的钱派利息给你们。

ASW 2020
• The investment policy of ASW 2020 is to invest in a diversified portfolio of listed securities, primarily on
the Bursa Malaysia, unlisted securities, fixed income and money market instruments as well as other capital
market instruments as approved in the Deed of ASW 2020.
• The strategy of the Fund is to diversify among asset classes between equity and other instruments depending
on the country’s economic situation, stock market condition and interest rate movements. Due to the Fund’s
policy to invest primarily in equity, the Fund stresses on diversifying its equity portfolio through sectoral
allocation and selection of stocks. Stock selection for listed and unlisted securities will be based on
fundamental analysis of companies, which include financial strength, management capability, prospects of
the industry and also its business cycle.
• The risk of the Fund is minimised through the diversification of the portfolio in terms of sectoral allocation
and asset allocation. Company specific risk is minimised through exposure limits as set by the Investment
Committee.
• The Fund may borrow up to 10% of the Value of the Fund as specified in the Investment Restrictions of the
Fund depending on the need to borrow to enhance performance.
• The Fund will also invest in bonds carrying at least “BBB” rating by Rating Agency of Malaysia Berhad or
Malaysian Rating Corporation Berhad.
• The Fund may allocate a portion of the Fund in fixed-income securities and liquid assets based on the
investment strategy of the Fund, which is reviewed periodically by the Investment Committee.
• The selection process of collective investment fund will be based on the objective of the funds, their risks
and returns profile, and the track record of the fund managers and the fund management companies.

很少trust unit会被允许借钱的，虽然只是10%...

不过...

Must not exceed 10% of the Value of the Fund.

Must not exceed 30% of the Value of the Fund.

Must not exceed 35% of the Value of the Fund.

4 The value of the Fund's holdings of securities of, and relating to, any group of companies. A group of companies includes the holding company, subsidiary companies and sister companies.
Must not exceed 40% of the Value of the Fund.

5 The Fund's holdings of any class of security of any single issuer.
Must not exceed 33% of the security issued.

6 The Fund may borrow cash or other assets.
Must not exceed 10% of the Value of the Fund.

有好有坏啦，意思是他可以重仓持有一只股票高达30%
另外可以投资高达10%在一些没有上市的项目

ASM The buying price of a unit is fixed at RM1.00. The selling price of a unit is fixed at RM1.00.

因是fixedprice的关系，所以有关方面没有透露底下的资产总值的变化

只要不在净资产低于RM1.00的时候发生回赎潮
那么这个基金就是不会赔钱的了
回酬方面，每一次增售unit对持有者都不是一件好事
（以回酬来说，不一定增加资金就能够增加%）
越多的unit会冲淡派息
另外，派息当然受制于一年内的赚幅。如果结算时总资产低于RM1.00或相等，那就没钱派咯

最后就是要注意一个财政年内最多只能够回赎四次

新手傻问题：

请问利息 是 当买 ASW 时就知道多少 （如 定期存款＝3.7％ 一年） 或需要等到明年到期才知道多少？？？

会不会到明年只给 1％ 或 ２％ （比定期存款还差  ？？）

不是窦售了吗？

这次卖完了没错，可是明年会不会再加？
unit的增加对PNB可大大有利，fund management是以%来算的
只要增加unit，那1%的管理费就增加不少了

从上面的图，可以看到前两年只是4.x的赚幅可以派7分息
可是过后6%赚幅只派6%息，就是被增加的unit冲淡了
