古尼史迪亚（Kurnia，5193，主板种植股）棕油产量及榨取率提高，加上业务多元化及扩展计划的激励下，将进一步加强其盈利表现，分析员认为该股已被低估。 安联研究指出，由于原棕油价格上涨及鲜果串产量的提高，古尼史迪亚的棕油种植业务料将取得更佳表现，同时该公司积极将业务多元化至产业领域，及与彭亨州政府的联营计划，估计将加强其盈利表现。 鉴于前景看好，以及该公司现有4.9倍本益比，远低于种植领域平均20倍的本益比，估值远比其他种植股低，分析员认为该股被低估。 棕油产量提高 安联研究分析员是在出席古尼史迪亚的一项分析员汇报会后，在一份研究报告中作出上述结论。不过，该行暂时没有给予该股任何的投资评级及目标价位。 古尼史迪亚每公顷成熟油棕地段的新鲜棕果串产量，已从2006财政年的平均16.5立方公吨提高到18.7立方公吨，并计划进一步提升到24立方公吨。同时，该公司也计划在2010年，将其拥有地段倍增。 该公司预计今年的平均棕油价格达到每公吨3千200令吉，比07年的2千533令吉激增26％，再加上更佳的经济效益，预料将提高其赚幅。 此外，该公司计划以总值1千120万令吉价码，向彭亨州农业发展局（LKPP）收购位于立卑一块大约3千零35公顷种植地库，并以25％对75％股权联营的方式，为后者开发一块448.8公顷土地，及建设与营运棕油提炼厂。 古尼史迪亚也与彭亨州3个机构透过联营方式，在北根设立棕油提炼厂，预计在2010年投入运作，料将令其营业额及净利分别提高1亿2千万令吉及400万令吉。 该公司发售附加股的建议已进入最后阶段，预计将筹集3千790万令吉，以为其扩展计划进行融资，同时其流动现金将因此提高至6千560万令吉。该公司并计划从2008财年起，每年维持至少每股12.5仙的股息派发率。
