请问 下 关于carbamazepine 药 !

请问下这种止痛药多久会过期,已经一年左右还能服用吗?
名字是carbamazepine....这种会有什么副作用吗?

希望能各位专家们能解答下,谢谢!

不是精神上的问题而服用的喔！
是耳朵神经线发炎疼痛而服用的喔！
它是gh开的喔！不是用来舒缓疼痛的吗？
我还真不懂，恳请大家解析下。。。

请问下Jinreung, 耳朵痛通常是哪一条nerve造成的？ 他说他的嘴巴没有受影响，那么是不是说trigeminal nerve 是ok 的？

trigeminal nerve不是脸部的nerve吗？
跟耳朵有连接？

这个未必。。。
trigeminal nerve也分为ophthalmic，maxillary跟mandibular branch。。再说supply最靠近耳朵的是ophthalmic跟maxillary。。
我还是会认为那是trigeminal的。。

对呀，所以说trigeminal nerve 没问题。不过carbamazepine多数都是给Trigeminal neuralgia的。其他的neuroceptive pain 好像也是可以。

trigeminal nerve有三个branches：ophthalmic，maxillary跟mandibular。。

• Ophthalmic nerve carries sensory information from the scalp and forehead, the upper eyelid, the conjunctiva and cornea of the eye, the nose (including the tip of the nose), the nasal mucosa, the frontal sinuses, and parts of the meninges (the dura and blood vessels).

• The maxillary nerve carries sensory information from the lower eyelid and cheek, the nares and upper lip, the upper teeth and gums, the nasal mucosa, the palate and roof of the pharynx, the maxillary, ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses, and parts of the meninges.

• The mandibular nerve carries sensory information from the lower lip, the lower teeth and gums, the chin and jaw (except the angle of the jaw, which is supplied by C2-C3), parts of the external ear, and parts of the meninges.

nose, maxillary, ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses都很靠近耳朵。。很有可能是靠近耳朵的东西痛，而不一定是耳朵。。

其实哦医生是怎样决定用什么药的呢？
如trigeminal neuralgia in multiple sclerosis，有一个case医生给gabapentin, amitriptyline，和phenytoin.排出有seizure的可能性。
你们的first choice是什么？如何decide which 1 to be used?

对不起，我quote BNF的东西，懒惰翻译。
According to British National Formulary, Carbamazepine taken during the acute stages of trigeminal neuralgia, reduces the frequency and severity of attacks. It is very effective for the severe pain associated with trigeminal neuralgia and (less commonly) glossopharyngeal neuralgia. Blood counts and electrolytes should be monitored when high doses are given. Small doses should be used initially to reduce the incidence of side-effects e.g. dizziness.

Dose (for trigeminal neuralgia): initially 100-200mg 1-2 times daily (but some patients may require higher initial dose), increased gradually according to response; usual dose 200mg 3-4 times daily, up to 1.6g daily in some patients.

Side effects: Nausea & vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, confusion and agitation (ELDERLY), visual disturbances (esp double vision) and often associated with peak plasma concentration); constipation or diarrhoea...

没有药是完全没有side effect的。要看指示吃咯。

是不是应该问history of herpes infection eg. chickenpox? and also other symptoms such as vertigo and hearing loss??
