Oeufs à la Neige - Snow Balls
这是我做的,样子还蛮像的,但是甜酱有点失败了,结论是,每个步骤都要跟,少一个就会失败,别学我偷懒就好。。。我。。。后悔了!但是还是能入口啦.
Tools:
Machine Mixer
Measure Cup
Splitter
1 Pan
2 small bowls – for eggs
1 big bowl
1 disher – for egg white
Wooden spoon
Big spoon- to scoop egg white
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 liter of milk
150g/ 6 full spoon of sugar

Steps:
1. Separate the eggs, leave aside.
2. Boil milk with sugar. While waiting, beat the egg whites until fluffy.
3. When the milk is boiled, use less heat and put the beaten egg whites into the boiling milk.
Count 12 second for the first side & and 16 second for another side(s)
Put the cooked egg white in a disher.
4. Take a bowl of milk out from the boiling milk, mix in the yolk slowly and separately with a wooden spoon.
5. Boil the milk & mixed yolk together, used ‘8’ shape to stir the mixture continuously and quickly for more than 5 minutes but less than 10 minutes (10 minutes recommended).
6. When the mixture is done, pour it at the side of the disher, and the leftover cream can be left aside for later use. Leave everything to be cooled down.
7. Put into the refrigerator for an hour or more. Can be left in the fridge for not more than a week.
