请问眼睛干躁,累,有时候看比较光的地方就会觉得刺眼。我本身是带眼镜的,是不是我看太多电脑了? 请问眼睛干躁,累需要如何治疗呢?需要注意什么呢?需要吃些什么来补救呢??眼睛干躁,累可以带隐性眼眼镜吗?? |

有关系!
少用电脑,換上 LCD Monitor, 多喝水、涼茶,早睡 .... 应会缓解 |

或用冷开水洗眼睛(无花果或菲林罐为容具),可洗出眼屎与灰尘。
无效就看医生拿药了。

During a recent visit to an optician, one of my friends was told of an exercise for the eyes by a specialist doctor in the US that he termed as 20-20-20. It is apt for all of us, who spend long hours at our desks, looking at the computer screen.
Step I :-
After every 20 minutes of looking into the computer screen, turn your head and try to look at any object placed at least 20 feet away. This changes the focal length of your eyes, a must-do for the tired eyes.
Step II :-
Try and blink your eyes for 20 times in succession, to moisten them.
Step III :-
Time permitting of course, one should walk 20 paces after every 20 minutes of sitting in one particular posture. Helps blood circulation for the entire body. |
