对不起 各位，我拼非泼冷水。只是有所保留。HLScorp-wa 目前没有炒作的题材，不像Hexagon 和 Jotech 有点题材。再说 HLScorp 的业绩不被看好，又有几项的官司还没了结，其中Maybank 的 Case 的款项就 2千万之多。

    Hi Invest2K兄，我会认为业绩应该还是保持在一般水平， 因为HLScorp的客户大部分是在欧美，以美金来交易的。美金的弁质会对HLScorp的应向很大。还是要多加留意！！

短期内7098 HLSCORP会升到RM0.20, 7098WA HLSCORP-WA会升到RM0.10.

让我担心的是，如果HLScorp持续的出现亏损很快的就会被纳入 PN17 .到时就无反身之日了，因为冈完成重组，短时间内再陷入 PN17，Bursa 和 SC 是不会通过再次的重组计划的。

还是小心为妙。。。。

HLScorp官司訴訟案 （1）==〉 0.7 million

Gan Seng Biang (Plaintiff) vs Hock Lok Siew Corporation Bhd. & 4 Others (Defendants)



Contents : We refer to our announcement dated 1 December 2009 and Reply to Query dated 3 December 2009.

The Board of Directors of Hock Lok Siew Corporation Bhd ("HLSCORP" or "the Company") had appealed against the High Court's decision to allow the Plaintiff's claim against HLSCORP but at the hearing today, HLSCORP's appeal was rejected and the cost to HLSCorp is RM10,000.

There is no impact to the operation of the Group. However, the claim will result in an outflow of fund amounting to RM768,105-57.

The amount had been provided for in the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2009.

This announcement is dated 23 July 2010.

Contents : The Board of Directors of Hock Lok Siew Corporation Bhd. ("HLSCORP" or "the Company") wishes to announce that on 14 September 2010, HLS Properties Sdn. Bhd. ("HLS"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company had been served with a Writ of Summons dated 18 August 2010 in respect of a suit filed by HK Ang & Partners for failure to pay for the balance of the professional fee and out of pocket expenses at a total sum of RM998,490.00 for being the defence and litigation lawyer for the following suit cases:

a) Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No. D3-22-774-2006 - Vintage Consortium Sdn. Bhd. v Fabina Properties Sdn. Bhd. ("Fabina"); and
b) Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No. D10(D3)-22-1846-2006 - Fabina Properties Sdn. Bhd. v Vintage Consortium Sdn. Bhd. & Dato' Abu Hanifah

HLS was named the Defendent and HK Ang & Partners as Plaintiff, claiming the following:

a) Repayment sums of RM998,490.00;
b) Interest claimed at the rate of 8% per annum on the repayment sums of RM998,490.00 and will be calculated from 6 January 2010 until full payment is made; and
c) Other reliefs and damages deem fit by the court.

On 3 December 2009, HLS entered into a Settlement Agreement with Fabina to settle out of court for the recovery of the RM4million and all disputes and differences arisen therefrom. Therefore, the Management of the Company is of the opinion that the balance professional fees and out of pocket expenses of RM998,490 charged by HK Ang & Partners is too excessive and will instruct its solicitor to vigorously defend the case.

HLS is exposed to the losses resulting from the above claim, interest and legal cost in respect of the Writ of Summons. The amount involved is expected to have an impact on HLSCORP Group's cash flow position.

Contents : The Board of Directors of Hock Lok Siew Corporation Bhd. ("HLSCORP" or "the Company") wishes to announce that on 6 January 2010, the Company had been served with a Writ of Summons dated 30 November 2009 in respect of a suit filed by Malayan Banking Berhad ("Maybank") through a firm of lawyers acting on behalf of Maybank for failure to repay Maybank the total sum of RM31,114,10184 with interest as agreed on 1 March 2009 until full payment is made, of which was the amount provided by the corporate guarantee of which the Company has no knowledge or records thereof.

HLSCORP, Lai Chu Thiam, Lai Lai Thiam, Tang Ah Bah @ Tang Teng Heng and Lai Chew Hock were named First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Defendent respectively by Maybank as Plaintiff, claiming the following:-

(a) Repayment of sums of RM31,155,394.89;
(b) Interest claimed at the rate of 2.75% per annum daily rest calculated on base lending rate amounting to RM2,000,394.89 and will be calculated from 1 June 2009 until full payment is made;
(c) Interest claimed at the rate of 2.25% per annum daily rest calculated on base lending rate amounting to RM25,200,000 and will be calculated from 1 June 2009 until full payment is made;
(d) Interest claimed at the rate of 0.80% per annum daily rest calculated on base lending rate amounting to RM3,955,000 and additional interest of 1% on the overdue instalment and will be calculated from 1 June 2009 until full payment is made;
(e) Cost; and
(f) Other reliefs and damages deem fit by the court.

HLSCORP is exposed to the losses resulted from the above claim, interest and legal cost in respect from the Writ of Summons. The amount involved is expected to have a major impact on HLSCORP Group's cash flow position.

The Company is in the midst of taking legal advice from its solicitors with regards to the above suit and will instruct its solicitors to vigorously defend the same as the Company has no knowledge and records that the corporate guarantee had been extended to Maybank.

   谢了，我还未进场，也不是那位煮厨。。不太敢进，因为业绩烂。。jotech 比较好，越爬越高了。。还需看看klci怎么跑。。
