Description	Notification of Final Acceptance of Armada Olombendo FPSO in Angola
Bumi Armada Berhad (“Bumi Armada” or “the Group”) wishes to clarify that during the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) with shareholders on the 30 May 2018, a question was raised about the timing of the final acceptance of the Armada Olombendo FPSO in Angola. Bumi Armada responded that the Production Readiness Notification (“PRN”), or final acceptance, was officially granted by Eni Angola S.p.A (“Eni Angola”) on the 17 May 2018. Under the contractual terms, the Group is expected to procure the approval for all partners in Angola prior to a public disclosure of information related to the project, which Bumi Armada had hoped to comply with prior to any public disclosure notification. However, with a direct question on the subject being made at the AGM, the Group felt it had a regulatory obligation to properly inform the wider market of the current events regarding the final acceptance of the Armada Olombendo FPSO. The contract for the FPSO was signed on 19 August 2014 between the consortium of Bumi Armada Offshore Holdings Limited, (“BAOHL”) a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, and Angoil Bumi JV Lda (“ABJV”) (collectively referred as the “Contractor”) and the client, Eni Angola. The FPSO arrived at Block 15/06 East Hub Field offshore Angola on 11 December 2016 and achieved first oil production on 8 February 2017.

Bumi Armada今日向大马交易所报备，根据志期2009年9月1日的7年光船租赁合约，该FPSO由独资子公司Armada TGT Ltd租给HLJOC，在越南岸外的Te Giac Triang油田（TGT油田）服务，并将于今年8月26日到期。

该集团补充：“签署合约后，Armada TGT 1将继续在同一地点租给HLJOC，直到2024年11月14日。”

该集团预计，这将在合约期内为集团盈利作出贡献。

“根据合约，除了与FPSO营运相关的惯常风险外，如果越南16-1区块的生产低于经济水平，HLJOC有权在2021年12月31日后终止合约而无需支付任何终止费用，但须经HLJOC和PetroVietnam的共同合作者业批准，并由HLJOC支付遣散费。”

Description	BUMI ARMADA BERHAD -SIX-YEARS FIRM BARE BOAT CHARTER CONTRACT FOR FLOATING PRODUCTION STORAGE OFFLOADING ARMADA TGT 1 ("FPSO ARMADA TGT 1") IN VIETNAM
On 3 August 2018, Armada TGT Ltd (“Armada TGT”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bumi Armada Berhad (“Bumi Armada” or the “Company”) has signed a Bare Boat Charter Contract with Hoang Long Joint Operating Company (“HLJOC”) for the charter of FPSO Armada TGT 1 with a firm charter period from 27 August 2018 until 14 November 2024 (“Contract”) with a contract value of USD285 million (approximately RM1.16 billion*). The FPSO Armada TGT 1 has been chartered by Armada TGT to HLJOC to operate in the Te Giac Triang field (“TGT field”) offshore Vietnam under a seven-years firm Bare Boat Charter Contract dated 1 September 2009 which will expire on 26 August 2018. Following the signing of the Contract, the FPSO Armada TGT 1 will continue to be chartered to HLJOC at the same location from 27 August 2018 until 14 November 2024. The TGT field is owned and operated by HLJOC, which is a partnership between PetroVietnam Exploration Production Corporation (“PetroVietnam”), SOCO Vietnam Ltd., OPECO Vietnam Ltd., and PTTEP Hoang-Long Company Limited. Financial Effect The Contract is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings of the Company during the tenure of the Contract. Risk Factors Under the Contract, other than the customary risks associated with the operations of an FPSO, in the event that the production of Block 16-1, Vietnam falls below an economic level, HLJOC has the right to terminate the Contract without any termination fees after 31 December 2021 subject to approval from the co-venturers of HLJOC and PetroVietnam and payment of demobilisation costs by HLJOC. (吉隆坡6日讯)布米阿玛达（ARMADA，5210，主板贸服股）一项浮式储卸生產油船（FPSO）供应合约获得续约，备受分析员看好；此外，基于其股价年初至今已下跌约25%，分析员认为，该股目前为投资者提供买入机会。

布米阿玛达上週五宣布，独资子公司--ARMADA TGT公司获得越南Hoang Long联合营运公司（简称HLJOC）颁发价值2亿8500美元（约11亿6000万令吉）的浮式储卸生產油船（FPSO）供应合约。

该合约从今年8月24日开始生效，直2024年11月14日，为期6年。FPSO TGT1油船已从2009年租用给HLJOC公司，合约將在今年8月26日届满，所以这是一项延长合约。

分析员大致认为，布米阿玛达成功贏得延长6年的合约，是一个重要利好因素，反映了其资產和营运质量，以及在Te Giac Triang（TGT）营运的可行性，为公司盈利提供稳定性。

MIDF研究分析员表示，截至今年3月31日，公司合约订单为262亿令吉，去年12月杪的订单为223亿令吉。当中的95%订单是FPSO合约（占248亿令吉），剩余的5%为岸外海事服务（OMS）工作（占14亿令吉）。而其中的111亿令吉订单合约拥有延长选择。

盈利能见度强稳

「近期大盘下跌，使布米阿玛达浮现了买入机会。我们认为，该公司基本面完好、FPSO项目將在2018和2019財政年迎头赶上、以及2018財政年的盈利能见度稳定。」

安联星展研究分析员也说，该公司有机会贏得上游市场正在进行或潜在进行的新FPSO招標，包括：1.埃尼集团（Eni）墨西哥计划，预期在末季做出最终投资决定，估计总值为75亿美元；2.国家石油Kelidang Cluster项目，將招標大型浮式生產装置（FPU）；以及3.印度价值100亿美元的深海项目。

有鉴于此，分析员大致正面看待该公司的前景，並维持其盈利预测和投资评级。有2名分析员维持该股「短线买进」投资评级，另4名则维持「买进」评级。

1.       INTRODUCTION We refer to the announcements made by Bumi Armada Berhad ("Bumi Armada" or the "Company") on 13 September 2017, 28 June 2017, 17 February 2017, 31 October 2016, 21 September 2016, 15 September 2016, 20 December 2013 and 15 November 2013, in relation to the Armada Kraken FPSO. The Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Armada Kraken Pte Ltd ("AKPL"), had on 27 August 2018 entered into an Amendment Agreement Number Two ("AA2") with EnQuest Heather Limited ("Kraken Operator"), EnQuest ENS Limited and Nautical Petroleum Limited in respect of the bareboat charter contract dated 20 December 2013 (as supplemented by Amendment Agreement Number One dated 10 August 2016) in relation to the Armada Kraken FPSO for the Kraken Field ("Bareboat Charter") to be effective from 31 July 2018 (“Effective Date”). (Enquest Heather Limited, EnQuest ENS Limited and Nautical Petroleum Limited, are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Charterers".) 2.       SALIENT TERMS OF THE AA2 The salient terms of the AA2 are as follows: (a)      AKPL and the Charterers have agreed to mutually waive their respective rights under the Bareboat Charter that arose from certain claims and events that occurred prior to the Effective Date. As part of these mutual waivers, AKPL agreed to pay to the Charterers a sum of USD15 million (approximately RM60 million) ("Agreed Sum"). This sum is to be fully paid by 17 December 2018. (b)      The parties agreed on the technical criteria required to complete and rectify certain works on the FPSO to facilitate the issuance of the final acceptance certificate (“Final Acceptance”) for the FPSO; and (c)      As  there are certain outstanding  items  which remain to be completed to achieve Final Acceptance, as well as outstanding punch list items which remain to be completed post Final Acceptance, the parties agreed on the basis for the calculation of compensation which shall be payable by AKPL to the Charterers (“Compensation”), with effect from 1 August 2018, until such time when the aforementioned outstanding items are completed. 3.       RATIONALE FOR ENTRY INTO AA2 The execution of AA2 allows AKPL and the Charterers to progress the project on a more defined basis towards Final Acceptance, in a mutually beneficial manner, and without being encumbered by historical events. AA2 reflects the parties’ commercial consensus on certain technical requirements under the Bareboat Charter. Furthermore, AA2 provides an objective roadmap towards Final Acceptance and mitigates various exposures under the original contract. The Agreed Sum represents the full and final settlement of certain claims between the Charterers and AKPL that relate to or arose from events or circumstances which commenced or occurred prior to the Effective Date. 4.       FINANCIAL EFFECTS OF AA2 Following agreement on the basis to calculate the Compensation, the signing of AA2 is expected to mitigate the Company’s long term financial exposure under the Bareboat Charter. The estimated negative financial impact on profit or loss of the Bumi Armada Group for 2018 is approximately USD25 million (approximately RM100 million). An impairment assessment has been carried out by the Company based on the terms in AA2. As a result, the Company recognised an impairment expense of USD119 million (approximately RM477 million) in the financial statements. This announcement is dated 29 August 2018.

We refer to the announcements made by Bumi Armada Berhad (the “Company”) on 21 June 2017, 9 August 2017, 5 October 2017, and 17 April 2018 in relation to the Armada Perdana FPSO. The Company wishes to announce that on 18 October 2018, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas granted an agreed order that, among other things, provides for the consensual appointment of a Receiver/Manager in Nigeria over Erin Petroleum Nigeria Limited (“EPNL”) to oversee the sale and disposal of the crude oil stored on the Armada Perdana FPSO (“Order”). The Order was obtained following the bankruptcy filing by EPNL (together with its parent company Erin Energy Corporation and certain other subsidiaries) under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in April 2018, and the subsequent conversion of the case to a liquidation proceeding under Chapter 7 of Bankruptcy Code in July 2018. The Order provides that a portion of the proceeds of the sale from the crude oil amounting to USD8.5 million (RM35 million) shall be applied towards partial settlement of the outstanding amounts due from EPNL to Bumi Armada (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“BASPL”) and Armada Oyo Limited (“AOL”) for the provision of services by BASPL and AOL to EPNL under the Operational and Maintenance Services Contract and Bareboat Charterparty Contract in relation to the Armada Perdana FPSO. The Company will continue to provide updates from time to time on any further material developments regarding the Armada Perdana FPSO. This announcement is dated 22 October 2018.
