前董事经理陈国平回归 任成功多多主席

（吉隆坡1日讯）成功多多（Berjaya Sports Toto Bhd）委任丹斯里陈国平为非独立非执行主席，即日生效，接替辞职的谢德光。
陈国平曾于1992年至2001年担任成功多多的董事经理兼副主席。目前，他是美特工业（Magni-Tech Industries Bhd）的执行主席兼大股东。
成功多多今日向大马交易所报备，71岁的谢德光以追求其他事业为由提出辞职。
根据成功多多2017年度报告，谢德光是在2012年7月25日受委为集团董事部主席。
成功多多在文告指出，现年71岁的陈国平在各个行业拥有超过40年的经验，包括产业发展、消费电子品制造、服装、瓦楞纸和塑料包装产品。
他还曾担任成功零售（Berjaya Retail Bhd）的非执行主席、槟州各商会联合会会长和马来西亚中华总商会副会长。
他还是成功置地（Berjaya Land Bhd）子公司和其他几家私人有限公司的董事部成员，他亦是槟州中华总商会执行顾问及前任会长。
