DJ MARKET TALK: RHB Keeps Dialog At Outperform; Target MYR1.94

0828 GMT [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: RHB Investment maintains Ouperform on Dialog Group (7277.KU), with unchanged price target of MYR1.94. House remains positive on company's planned acquisition of New Zealand's Fitzroy Engineering; reckons Fitzroy could add about MYR8 million to Dialog's net profit. "While this is positive, we believe Dialog is mainly eyeing the potential foothold it could gain in both New Zealand and Australia, and the technical knowhow that FEGL has." As at 1Q FY11, Dialog had net cash position of MYR190.9 million, which means it will have no problem funding buy internally. Stock last +4.0% at MYR1.56. ([email protected]) |

DJ MARKET TALK: Dialog +1.3%; Affin Positive On Unit's NZ Co Buy

0514 GMT [Dow Jones] Dialog Group (7277.KU) +1.3% at MYR1.52 midday after company, in an exchange filing late yesterday, says its unit to acquire 90% stake in New Zealand's Fitzroy Engineering Group for about MYR31.7 million. Unit, Dialog Systems (Asia), to finance purchase price from internally generated funds and borrowings, and expects to complete buy by end of 1Q11. Affin Investment says, positive on buy, which prices Fitzroy Engineering at attractive valuation of 4.8X FY10 earnings. Also says, "We expect the acquisition to be earnings accretive, which could potentially enhance Dialog's FY12E and FY13E earnings by 4%." Adds, planned buy to also enhance company's fabrication capability, intellectual property rights for welding procedures. Maintains Buy rating, price target of MYR1.88; says upon completion acquisition may raise target by 4 sen. ([email protected]) |

（吉隆坡22日訊）戴樂集團（DIALOG, 7277, 主板貿服組）預定明年1月或2月攫取邊佳蘭（Pengerang）深海石油終站工程的最終批准，成為長達60年的的獨家經營者。
有關工程預定在明年中啟動，聯昌預計將從2012財政年首季起作出貢獻。為此，聯昌研究上調戴樂集團2011至2013財政年每股盈利14%、49.3%及67.6%。
