Ramssol集团首席执行员陈志成表示，该公司将持续研发人力资源管理科技产品，协助企业提高管理效率。在新冠肺炎疫情期间，企业在管理和日常运作上采纳创新的科技更显重要。

（吉隆坡22日讯）本地人力资本管理解决方案和技术供应商Ramssol集团计划在7月13日挂牌马股创业板，冀透过首发股集资2510万令吉，以进一步拓展业务。



该集团的首发股价为每股45仙，上市后，市值将达1亿40万令吉。

该公司首发股将发行7806万4000股，包括公开发行5576万新股，其中1120万股将公开给大马公民认购；560万股公开给合格员工、商业伙伴和子公司认购；3896万新股私下配售给特定投资者，以及以私募方式出售2230万4000股给特定投资者。

Ramssol集团董事经理兼总执行长陈志成说，公司的业务横跨大马、新加坡、泰国、越南和印尼，首发股所筹集的部分资金将用于开拓菲律宾市场。

“在所筹集的2510万令吉资金中，250万令吉将用于开拓菲律宾市场，630万令吉将在东南亚扩展Feet（内部开发的员工参与移动应用程序）以及第三方合作平台Lark。此外，公司将拨出410万令吉作为研发开销、760万令吉为营运资本，而剩余的460万令吉则为上市费用。”

他在招股书发布会后的线上记者会上指出，该公司主要专注在东南亚市场，进军菲律宾使整体业务更完整，因为一些现有客户在菲律宾也有业务。

“我们看见东南亚对人力资源数码化的需求，这也是我们将区域足迹拓展至菲律宾的原因。此举将进一步巩固我们作为人力资源管理（HCM）解决方案与技术专家的地位。”

陈志成指出，在众多市场中，为公司贡献最大的3个区域分别是大马、泰国和印尼。

马尼拉设公司 冀年内投运

陈志成说，Ramssol集团计划在菲律宾马尼拉设立公司，目前已确认共享办公地点，希望在能在上市的12个月内开始营运。

他补充，菲律宾的业务将专注在提供人力资源管理与学生管理方案和人力资源管理科技应用程序服务。

“我们已经开启与其中一个软件供应商-菲律宾Oracle公司洽谈，以进一步发掘商机和市场动态 。我们相信，拓展至菲律宾能带动区域的业务。”

Ramssol集团从事人力资源管理解决方案和技术服务，旨在通过自动化管理流程和简化有效劳动力管理的政策，以提升人力资源在企业与机遇机构的职能。

该公司主要业务包括提供人力资源管理与学生管理方案、信息技术人员外包服务、人力资源管理科技应用程序。

截至去年12月底，该公司总资产为1980万令吉，负债率为0.56倍。

该股首宗交易以每股70仙开盘，比首次公开募股（IPO）发售价45仙溢价55.56%，盘中更是一度攀抵73仙的高点，涨幅达62.22%。

早前，Ramssol集团的IPO计划获得超额认购102倍，并筹资约2510万令吉，其中756万令吉或30.13%会作为营运资本；近635万令吉或25.30%，支应东南亚市场扩充计划。

此外，410万令吉或16.34%资金，会用来进行系统研发；250万令吉或9.98%资金，则应付进军菲律宾市场涉及的开销。
